How to Use

Before you start

  • For external use only. Keep away from your face and eyes.
  • New to magnesium? Start with 1–2 sprays on a small area and work up to 5–20 sprays a day as your skin gets comfortable.

How to apply

  • Mist onto skin that’s still a little damp from your shower or bath, then gently massage in.
  • It may feel slightly slick at first, then sinks in.
  • A tingle is completely normal, especially when you’re new to magnesium, and usually fades the more regularly you use it.

Tips

  • Start on less sensitive areas like your thighs, hips, belly or the soles of your feet.
  • Skip freshly shaved skin for about 12 hours, and avoid delicate spots like the inner elbows and behind the knees.
  • A light white residue as it dries is normal. Just wipe or rinse it off.

If your skin feels sensitive after shaving or exfoliating, go gently and use fewer sprays.
