Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Magnesium Lab product is formulated and made by hand here in Manitoba, and we stand behind each one. If something isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll make it right.

Returns

• You can return any product, opened or unopened, within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Please email hello@magnesiumlaboratory.com with your name and order number before sending anything back, and we’ll send you return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we’re unable to refund packages lost in transit.
• Once your return arrives, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
