OUR GUARANTEE:

We guarantee our products for 60 days on all new first time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order of Magnesium Lab, please email hello@magnesiumlaboratory.com with your name and order number and we’ll make it right. Partners must cover return shipping costs as well as $1/unit warehouse restocking fee.

PRICING:

• Please email hello@magnesiumlaboratory.com to enquire about becoming a partner and to set up your partner account 
• 10 unit minimum order (mix and match any products except infusion spoons to get you there)
• Wholesale partners agree to order at a minimum of $800 within the first year of doing business with Magnesium Lab
• Magnesium Lab reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without notice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Magnesium Lab accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or E-transfer. We do not offer Terms through our website 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• $20 CAD flat-rate shipping across Canada
• Free shipping on orders of $500 CAD+.
• We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

We ship across Canada and USA. We do not offer additional international shipping at this time. 

Your order will process within 1-3 business days and will typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. 

If your order is a pre-order, please note your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@magnesiumlaboratory.com and we’ll do our best to catch it. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled we are unable to cancel.

ACCOUNT & TERMS

Accounts will be reviewed bi-annually. Magnesium Lab reserves the right to cancel a wholesale account at any time. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Magnesium Lab. We reserve the right to adjust payment terms at any time, with prior notice to the partner. Magnesium Lab does not offer exclusivity. Please note: Partners are not permitted to re-sell Magnesium Lab  products on Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, or any other unauthorized marketplaces.

MSRP

Magnesium Lab will be implementing a Minimum Retail Price (MAP) for all of our products to ensure we can continue to maintain our brand’s value across all retail partnerships. Our MSRP, as outlined in our wholesale line sheet, is listed on each product page ranging from $17.50-$52, and partners can take up to 20% off MSRP if on sale to benefit the customer. Our team reserves the right to monitor advertised pricing for compliance with our partners and will reach out to make adjustments if necessary.
